Filtereco operates in the industrial sector and is based in Lecco. It designs and manufactures systems and products for purifying, decontaminating, and filtering oils, oil emulsions, and process liquids. Its extensive expertise earned it the 2016 Innovation Award with Revolution Filter.

In 2018, it introduced its new automatic magnetic filter: Magnifico. Since 2018, it has gained specific experience in the tissue industry, particularly in glue filtration, using self-cleaning filters, having installed over 250 systems worldwide. In 2022, it patented a new filter for glue filtration in the converting industry.
